Dirt-moving crews are digging out and smoothing over six acres of land south of Dodge City to become a fourth lagoon for the city’s wastewater recycling center. A $62 million expansion project was approved two years ago to accommodate the installation of a new Hilmar Cheese dairy processing plant in the region.
